Aims & Objectives

The primary objective of Children of All Nations is to provide a high quality and effective placement service which safeguards and promotes the welfare of the child/young person whilst demonstrating appreciation and respect for their cultural background.

Children of all Nations aims to enable children and young people in its care to enjoy and experience harmonious family life in an environment which meets their needs whilst enabling them to grow and establish harmonious relationships with themselves and others by providing:

High quality care in a family setting which is consistent with the child/young person’s assessed needs.

Ensure stability in their lives to enable them to fulfil their potential whilst appreciating and celebrating their individual achievements.

Maximum support for fosters carers to enable them to provide a safe and nurturing environment.

Systems and procedure to ensure the agency’s service delivery meets the standards set by regulatory bodies whilst providing an efficient and good value for money service.

An inclusive approach which embraces the needs and expectations of children/young people, their parents, foster carers, local authorities and employees.

Access to a range of placement services and readily available support from skilled and experienced professionals who are able to input any clinical expertise and knowledge required.
